General Questions:

  • Do you print on customer provided shirts or can I bring in my own garments? Yes, to both. We work with suppliers who design garments for the decorated apparel industry. Please contact us (hyperlink) to discuss the details of your project with one of our staff.
  • What is your turn around time? Typically 7 – 10 days plus shipping time.
  • What are your hours of operation? M-F (eastern standard) 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and we welcome your e-mails at any time!
  • Where are you located? We are located in Sanford, FL and deliver to the Central Florida region (Seminole, Orange, Osceola and Lake counties).  Please note that we do deal with customers from all over the United States and will ship internationally as well.
  • Do you actually print the t-shirts at your shop? Yes, we are a full service print shop. We have automatic printing presses with capabilities of printing up to 5000 shirts per day.

Screen Printing:

  • What is your minimum order for screen printing? 50 pieces of the same design. If you have less than 50 pieces, please contact us. (hyperlink to page)
  • What is your maximum print area? 19” W x 22” L. Contact us for larger sizes.
  • What size garments can you print? Any sizes.
  • Embroidery:
  • Do you offer embroidery? Yes.
  • Do you embroider on customer provided items? Yes.

Payment:

  • What payments do you accept? Cash, Credit Card including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept personal and corporate checks.

Delivery:

  • Design Services:
  • Do you offer design services? Yes, contact us for a quote.
  • What kind of files do you accept? PSD, AI, PDF and COREL files. We will accept other forms of files but there may be a charge for recreation.

Return Policy:

In all orders you will be able to review and approve artwork. In addition, the details of your order will be explained to you and approved by you. We will not start the manufacturing process until you are 100% satisfied with the design and details of your order. We deliver high-quality custom products – products that look like the artwork and/or samples that you have approved. If the custom products you receive do not meet your expectations, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If it is determined that there were errors in manufacturing or the product differs materially from what was approved, than we will replace all flawed or defective merchandise.
